Media, Content Creation, Talent, Live Performance & Lifestyle Brand

1. Overview

This policy outlines the terms, expectations, and guidelines for working with our media, content creation, talent booking, live performance, and lifestyle clothing company. By engaging our services or purchasing products, all clients and customers agree to the policies stated below.


2. Services & Products

We offer a range of creative services and products, including:

  • Video production (music videos, commercials, live recordings)

  • Photography (editorial, fashion, lifestyle, events)

  • Social media content creation

  • Creative direction & branding

  • Post-production (editing, color grading, VFX)

  • Talent booking (models, dancers, musicians, performers)

  • Live performance production (artists, stage shows)

  • Women’s lifestyle clothing & merch collections

All services and deliverables will be outlined in a project agreement or invoice prior to work.


3. Booking & Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit (30–50%) is required for all services and bookings.

  • No work, talent, or performance is confirmed until payment is received.

  • Remaining balances must be paid before delivery or performance date.

  • Rush services may include additional fees.


4. Talent Booking Policy (Models, Musicians, Performers)

  • Talent must be booked in advance and is not confirmed until deposit is received.

  • Talent is contracted for specific usage only.

  • Overtime and extended usage will be billed additionally.

  • Clients must maintain a safe and respectful environment.

  • Late cancellations may result in full payment owed.


5. Live Performance Policy

  • Deposit required to secure performance date.

  • Final payment due before or on event day.

  • Client/venue must provide agreed technical requirements (sound, stage, lighting).

  • A soundcheck is required.

  • Unsafe conditions may result in refusal to perform.

  • Performance delays may reduce set time or incur extra fees.

  • We reserve rights to record performances for promotional use.


6. Merch & Women’s Lifestyle Clothing Policy

6.1 Product Availability

  • All items are limited or made-to-order, depending on collection.

  • We reserve the right to restock, discontinue, or modify products at any time.

6.2 Orders & Payments

  • All orders must be paid in full at checkout.

  • Orders cannot be changed once processed.

6.3 Production & Processing Time

  • Standard processing: 5–10 business days

  • Made-to-order or limited drops: 7–21 business days

  • Delays may occur due to demand or production issues.

6.4 Shipping

  • Shipping times vary based on location and carrier.

  • Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

6.5 Returns & Exchanges

  • All sales are final on lifestyle clothing and merch unless item is defective.

  • Exchanges are only accepted for:

    • Wrong item received

    • Damaged or defective product

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

6.6 Sizing & Fit

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing size guides before purchase.

  • We are not responsible for sizing issues.

6.7 Damaged or Lost Items

  • Claims must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.

  • Replacements are issued at our discretion.


7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Deposits are non-refundable but may transfer once.

  • Last-minute cancellations may result in full charges.


8. Turnaround Time

  • Photography: 3–7 business days

  • Video: 7–21 business days

Rush delivery available for an additional fee.


9. Revisions

  • Includes 1–3 revision rounds.

  • Additional revisions incur fees.

  • Major changes require a new agreement.


10. Creative Control

We maintain final creative direction to ensure high-quality results.


11. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Provide clear direction

  • Secure locations and permissions

  • Be prepared and on time

  • Review content promptly


12. Usage Rights & Ownership

  • Clients receive agreed usage rights only.

  • We retain rights for portfolio and promotion.

  • Raw files are not included unless purchased.


13. Liability

  • Not responsible for uncontrollable issues (weather, technical issues, etc.).

  • Liability is limited to rescheduling or refund where applicable.


14. Conduct & Professionalism

We reserve the right to terminate services without refund if:

  • Unsafe or inappropriate behavior occurs

  • Agreement terms are violated


15. Confidentiality

All unreleased content is kept confidential. NDAs available upon request.

By booking services or purchasing products, you agree to all policies listed above.
